WAYS TO GIVE

"Every time you spend money, you're casting a vote for the kind of world you want."

MUTUAL AID

Support, Reciprocity, Giving Back

Mutual Aid groups are grassroots organizations that work to deliver food and medical supplies who need them most. You can search for an organization near you with Mutual Aid Hub.

FUND BLACK LEGAL ADVOCACY GROUPS

Legal Equity, Justice

The NAACP and ACLU are organizations that have been around for a long time doing the important work of defending Black Americans and trying to change our laws.

BAIL

Legal Equity, Justice

The cash bail system, as we've learned, is part of the vicious cycle of keeping poor people poor and a way to keep our prison labor system staffed. Several groups are doing great work in this area, including National Bail Out, and the National Bail Fund Network. The Bail Project has set up a national hotline for anyone who needs bail assistance: 1-833-425-6TBP.

GIVE TO GRIEVING FAMILIES

Compassion, Support

You can donate directly to the families who have lost a loved one to police or racist civilian violence. Unfortunately, this list is tragically long, but you can search gofundme for names you might hear in the news.
